• How do I access the partner portal?

  Submit your agency application through Agency Registration before creating a login. After approval, activate your account through the invitation emailed to you.

• Can my staff use our agency account?

  An approved agency owner can create sub-user accounts for staff. Each staff member signs in separately and works within the same agency.

Air Ticketing Support

• How do I receive my e-ticket after booking?

  Open your agency booking record to check ticketing status and available ticket details. Contact partner support with the booking reference if you need assistance.

• Can I change my flight date or cancel my ticket?

  Yes. Changes and cancellations depend on airline rules and ticket class. Contact us with your booking reference (PNR) to check penalties and available options.

• What is your same-day ticket void policy?

  Void requests must be submitted on the same calendar day the ticket was issued and remain subject to airline approval, cut-off times, and applicable fees.

Visa Processing Assistance

• Does Best Deal Trip International guarantee visa approval?

  No. Approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the embassy or high commission. We prepare applications and documents carefully to support the best possible submission.

• Are visa processing and embassy fees refundable?

  No. Embassy fees, visa application center charges, and agency service fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted.

• What documents are required for my visa?

  Requirements vary by country and visa type. Contact our visa consultants for a customized document checklist.

Payments & Verification

• How do I fund my agency wallet?

  Use Payment Request in your approved agency dashboard to view available payment options and submit your payment details. Approved deposits are reflected in the agency wallet and account ledger.
